Scott Ruffalo, with all his flaws and imperfections, was a licensed hairdresser who had established his own business, Ruff Inc. His career saw him working in salons in
Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, most notably at the Giuseppe Franco Salon in Beverly Hills.
The Ruffalo family chose to remember the best aspects of Scott's life, even though the circumstances surrounding his death remain unresolved. Mark Ruffalo temporarily withdrew from acting to cope with his grief and later returned to the industry, achieving immense success with his portrayal of Bruce Banner/The Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
